Digital Products – No Right of Withdrawal

The products sold on Aptenys are digital content delivered immediately after payment.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has begun with the consumer’s express consent.

No refund will be granted after the download link has been made available, except in cases where the file is defective or inaccessible.
